Clinical Director, Indianapolis
This position is responsible for clinical supervision of all child and family services in The Villages’ Central Region. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of case managers, development of therapeutic foster families and provision of some individual and group therapy.
We are seeking an experienced clinical supervisor with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who demonstrates the ability to think and plan systemically. The position requires a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Indiana Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counselor Board with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a related field. Healthy Families Quality Assurance Manager
This is a full time position with benefits in the Indianapolis/Bloomington area. This position will provide technology support services to the Healthy Families Program. This position problem solves and trouble shoots the software and hardware for the Healthy Families locations throughout the State of Indiana and provides technical support and training for staff. This position will also be responsible for managing the information needed to provide reports/audits requested by funding and other sources, processing Indiana Healthy Family surveys and submitting the monthly billing and quarterly reports to the Indiana Healthy Families Program.
The Healthy Families Quality Assurance Manager shall possess a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. The position requires at least three years prior experience with data bases and computer technology and requires strong communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to work without supervision to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
